TITLE OF MOVIE
The title of my movie is 'KIdNAPPED' which is direct because it basically summarises the movie into one word and lets the audience know what exactly the movie is about.the significance of the lowercase 'd' in the title is to make it look unusual in a way and more interesting and it also add a sense of mystery to the meaning.the title of the movie 'KIdULTOOD' influenced my title idea.
OFFICIAL TARGET AUDIENCE
As i was doing my research for the genre i was working with,i realised i could make a conenction between my movie trailer and child welfare services in a way that it can relate to what is going on in real life situations and how social workers work with different cases and how it affects them emotionally and how relationships are formed between to coulegues or even the social worker and the victim from their case, whether its abuse or poverty.

Age Classifications
- 18: no-one younger than 18 may see an ‘18’ film in a cinema. No-one younger than 18 may rent or buy an ‘18’ rated video work
- 15:no-one younger than 15 may see a ‘15’ film in a cinema. No-one younger than 15 may rent or buy a ‘15’ rated video work.
- 12 and 12A :Exactly the same criteria are used to classify works at ‘12A’ and ‘12’. These categories are awarded where the material is suitable, in general, only for those aged 12 and over. Works classified at these categories may upset children under 12 or contain material which many parents will find unsuitable for them.
- PG:General viewing, but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children.
- U:It is impossible to predict what might upset any particular child. But a ‘U’ film should be suitable for audiences aged four years and over.
MY CLASSIFICATION :
For The movie idea that my trailer is based on,my age classification would be 15 because in my audience research i found that people ages 15 and over seemed to be interested in the trailer and claimed they would go see the movie and also i think it is suitable for that age because it wont contain any serious violence or traumatising scenes, however any age younger might find the movie distressing or confusing.

RISK ASSESMENT
A risk assessment is the potential that a chosen action or activity (including the choice of inaction) will lead to a loss (an undesirable outcome). The notion implies that a choice having an influence on the outcome exists (or existed). Potential losses themselves may also be called "risks". Almost any human endeavour carries some risk, but some are much more risky then others.(source:wikipedia)
steps to form a risk assessment :

risk assessment for my project:

pie chart on dvd\cinema\online
I gave out a questionnaire to people from the age range of 15 and over about how they view movies.the result shows more people go to the cinema to watch movies and quite a few buy them on dvd.
people also said it depended on the movie in terms of buying it,for instance if they watched it in the cinema and they enjoyed it then they would buy the dvd when it came out.i also asked in the questionnaire if they watched movies online and some said yes,i would assume that the version they watched would be a pirated copy.
Actors
decision making for actors to play roel in you movie is very important as it is one of the major aspects of film (if you dont have actors, you dont have a movie).the choice of actors iss very much influenced by the budget set for a movie.for instance low budget movies cant afford to get an actress like angelina jolie or and actor like brad pitt so the have to think along the line of less publisied actors or new actors that want to make it into the movie intustries.Another aspect thats influences the choice of actors is talent, you would have to get someone that can play the role of the character and actually suit the role to make it look real when acting the movie also taking appearance into account.for my movie i would look at actors such as
POSTER RESEARCH
Posters are one of the most popular ways of getting the word out for upcoming movies as they can be posted everywhere eg busses billboards newspapers, magazines etc.when thinking about a poster the first think that should come to your mind is an image that will reflect what your movie is about as well as attract an audience.

THE ARTIST
The Artist is a 2011 French comedy drama film directed by Michel Hazanavicius, starring Jean Dujardin and Bérénice Bejo. The story takes place in Hollywood between 1927 and 1932 and focuses on a declining film star and a rising actress, as silent cinema goes out of fashion and is replaced by the talkies.
The film was nominated for six Golden Globes, the most of any film from 2011, and won three; Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, Best Original Score, and Best Actor - Motion Picture Musical or Comedy (Dujardin). In January 2012 the film was nominated for twelve BAFTAs and ten Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Original Screenplay for Hazanavicius, Best Actor in a Leading Role for Dujardin, and Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Bejo. In France, it has been nominated for ten César Awards including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Original Screenplay. With a budget of approximately $15, 000, 000, The artist has made up £4,470,081 in the UK, €9,531,290 in France and $12,119,718 in the USA.The movie has been credited for is flawless cinematography, its unique style and also being successful considering the fact that they worked with a low budget and took the risk of producing a silent movie in this day and age. Favourite scenes of mine include, when peppy goes into George’s dressing room on the set while he is in the bathroom. The scene of her putting one arm into his suit and hugging herself as if it were him plays a great illusion. Another of my favourite scenes was when George was dreaming and everything around him made a sound apart from him, it looks as if he is stuck in a world where he is the only silent figure, the whole dream was very clever especially the weightless feather at the very end dropping effortlessly to the ground and making the loudest sound. I think the Actors in this film were well suited for the roles and played them tremendously well. One memorable facial gesture which was seen quite a lot in silent movies was the iconic smile which George valentine displayed in a few scenes in the movie, it could be seen as quite humorous in one of the scenes where they were shooting a movie on set and George couldn’t keep a straight face. Today not a lot of people in this generation are familiar with silent movies so the humour and interest might not be there for quite a few people which limits the specific audience but still won the hearts of many of their targeted audiences and created a respectful reputation. The director of the artist Michel Hazanavicius states in one of his interviews “Right at the beginning, seven or eight years ago, I fantasized about making a silent film. Probably because the great mythical directors I admire most all come from silent cinema… Hitchcock, Lang, Ford, Lubitsch, Murnau, and Billy Wilder (as screenwriter)… But mainly because as a director it makes you face your responsibilities, it makes you tell the story in a very special way. It’s not up to the screenwriter, nor to the actors to tell the story – it really up to the director. In this genre everything is in the image, in the organisation of the signals you’re sending to the audience. And it’s an emotional cinema, it’s sensorial; the fact that you don’t go through a text brings you back to a basic way of telling a story that only works on the feelings you have created. It’s a fascinating way to work. I thought it would be a magnificent challenge and that if I could manage it, it would be very rewarding...”

targeting audience
TRAGET AUDIENCE: Based on the movies i have looked at most were rate 15 or 18.
my movie idea would probably be rated 15 because the storyline doesn't include anything the youth today arent use to seeing or are aware of,however it could affect people younger as they might find it distressing and scary and obviously not something you would want children to see.(kidnapping scene, strong language).
